Authentic & unmistakeable, the music of 30-year-old Italian Activator (Acti) creates a sophisticated atmosphere for a wide range of musical tastes. For 10 years, he worked in numerous clubs and recording studios under a variety of names and in 2003, Activator composed his first vinyl titled ‘NRG’ on the Edi-net label ‘Activa’.

Working with Edi-net resulted in the single’s publication on worldwide compilations and more single’s & remixes soon followed. Activator then became A & R for the Edi-net Hardstyle labels Activa, Kattiva & Explosive.

Following the success of his singles worldwide, he started his first DJ sets in Europe, especially Holland, where Hardstyle was growing in popularity. Over the next few years, Activator becomes a familiar and popular addition to almost all of the major Hardstyle events such as: Q-Base, Defqon 1, Sensation Black, Hard Bass, Decibel, Reverze, Slammin Vinyl, InQontrol.  His music is suited to large arenas, festivals & nightclub venues.

In 2007 he celebrated his 29th birthday at an event called ‘Icon’ where he was proclaimed as one of the leading DJ / Producers in Hardstyle music history.

Over the past few years he has made many great friends and forged business relationships with other Italian and worldwide Hardstyle producers like: Zatox, Tatanka, Technoboy, Davide Sonar, Vortex, Deepack, Blutonium Boy, Cally & Juice, and DJ N3ck.

In May 2009, Activator was proud to announce his first album, a collection of 18 new tracks plus his greatest hits from the past few years.
